Accurate is now making a version of this reel that is specifically designed for slow pitch jigging. The BV2-500N-SPJ differs from the regular verison in that it has a longer handle with a very cool long offset aluminum knob, no clicker and it doesn’t come with a clamp set though you can purchse one if you need it. It weighs a bit more due to the large handle. These models are all silver.  

Accurate Boss Valiant BV2-500N and BV2-500N-SPJ Two-Speed Lever Drag Reels have 6:1/ and 3/1 gear ratios. The BV2-500N are available in silver/red while the BV2-500N-SPJ are all silver. Choose from right and left handed models.
